From Homecoming in fall to Alumni Awards in spring, the USC Alumni Association calendar is packed with signature events � ideal opportunities for promoting your brand to the Trojan Family and friends, both locally and around the world. Most sponsorship packages include pre-event publicity such as print and electronic advertising insertions and event signage and networking.

Our Signature Events

  • USC Homecoming

    Each fall, nearly 100,000 Trojans return to the USC University Park campus for the biggest Trojan Family celebration of the year. Homecoming sponsorships offer many valuable benefits, including a significant on-site presence (20�x 20� tent centrally located near Tommy Trojan), email and web exposure with inclusion in all event advertisements and media releases, and a hospitality package (tickets, parking and lunch).

  • USC Alumni Awards

    A prestigious dinner and awards event, held every spring and attended by more than 500 of USC�s most committed and influential supporters, celebrating the achievements of USC alumni. Opportunities include publicity (several e-mails, a website, press releases, an ad in event program book and recognition at podium), dinner seating and more.

  • Football Weekenders

    Each fall, the USCAA hits the road with the USC football team, hosting pep rallies, tailgates and other popular events at away games across the country. Full season and single Weekender sponsorship packages are available with the opportunity to touch thousands of Trojans through pre-, post- and on-site publicity that includes several e-mails, a website, a table at each Weekender and the opportunity to provide collateral on-site.

  • USC Women�s Conference

    More than 500 alumnae of all ages and backgrounds gather at the University Park campus in early spring for panels, lectures and activities of vital importance to women. Sponsorship packages include logo placement on all marketing printed and digital materials (including save the date, invitation, website, press releases and advertising), a hospitality package (tickets and parking), on-site publicity (logo on banners, spread in commemorative program book, podium recognition) and the opportunity to place collateral and/or gift(s) in VIP gift bag given to all attendees.

  • Alumni Leadership Conference

    Alumni leaders from across the United States and around the world converge on the USC University Park campus at the end of summer for panels, presentations and workshops focused on developing effective leadership skills and strategies. Sponsorship packages include tabling opportunities and inclusion in all event advertising, including e-mails and website exposure.

  • Volunteer Recognition Dinner

    In conjunction with the Alumni Leadership Conference, the dinner celebrates the commitment and accomplishments of Trojan volunteers. Opportunities for sponsorship include pre- and post-event publicity (advertisements, e-mails and website) and tabling during event.

  • Reunion Weekend

    Two exciting days jam-packed with memories for alumni celebrating their 50th, 25th and 10th reunions. This year, Reunion Weekend takes place together with Homecoming and is sure to be a blow-out event! Reunion sponsorships include on-site presence during the day (table at event), e-mail and web exposure as well as inclusion in all advertising and media releases, and a hospitality package (tickets, parking and lunch).

  • Half Century Trojans Going Back to College Day

    USC�s senior alumni — those Trojans who earned a bachelor�s degree from any university at least 50 years ago — return to campus each winter on a typical school day to reconnect with the university and one another. Reach this demographic with such sponsorship benefits as on-site presence, pre-publicity (hard copy invite, save the date and website), program ad and registration packet collateral.

  • Senior SCend Off

    Graduating seniors are welcomed into the alumni fold at this celebratory event right before commencement. Sponsor this event and enjoy such benefits as on-site presence, pre-publicity (e-mails and website) and registration packet collateral.

  • Young Alumni Holiday Party

Our scholarship programs exemplify the ideals of the Trojan Family. The USCAA and its affiliated groups are committed to our future alumni � today�s USC students. USC alumni organizations distributed more than $2 million in scholarships in the 2009-10 academic year, with multiple opportunities for sponsors to contribute a named scholarship.

Our e-newsletter, USConnection, goes to more than 125,000 alumni and friends worldwide each month, while Around Town, our monthly regional e-newsletter, goes to an audience of more than 65,000 in Southern California. Each year, we welcome approximately 10,000 new members into the USC Alumni Association, and have direct contact with more than 80,000 Trojans and friends at our yearly events.

    And that�s not all. The USCAA has its own section in USC Trojan Family Magazine, USC�s alumni publication, mailed to 200,000 +Trojans and friends four times a year.
