Sales territory in Los Angeles

We are seeking degreed, energetic, confident and competitive individuals to market our web-based Payroll and HR solutions and services to businesses. Daily responsibilities will include cold calling and prospecting to meet with potential clients and discussing their payroll needs, as well as building relationships with banks and CPA’s for referral sources. We are a sales-focused organization and it is our goal to equip our Sales Representatives with the best training and tools possible.

Base salary is $40,000 - 50,000. There are no ceilings on commissions. Commission is on tiers of 10%, 15% and 20% with additional percentages paid on selling multiple products. Along with being paid commission, reps are working toward goals to increase base salaries. Automobile and cell phone allowances are also paid. Average first year income is $75,000 to $95,000 and second year income is typically $100,000+
