USC APAA Scholarship Program
PURPOSE
The USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association (APAA) Scholarship Program was created to award scholarships to outstanding undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Southern California. Recipients are selected on the basis of academic achievement, personal merit, demonstration of financial need and contributions made to Asian Pacific American communities.
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicant must be a full-time student (undergraduate, transfer, graduate or professional) enrolled in a USC degree program or will be enrolled (in the case of an incoming first year, transfer or graduate student) for the entire year.
- Applicant must have achieved a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (on a 4-point system) in his/her high school or college work.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S.
- Applicant must submit financial aid documents to the USC Office of Financial Aid by the University deadline date and, in most cases, subsequently qualify for financial aid in order to be considered for an APAA scholarship. Trustee Scholars are not eligible.
