| The Legacy through Leadership Committee is a premier and strategic component of the BAA, providing alumni mentoring and pipeline support for BAA Scholars and USC students. In addition, the LTL Committee hosts topical workshops throughout each academic year, which are forums for presentations of ideas and opportunities to leverage student and alumni access throughout the Trojan Family Network. LTL programming consists of LTL Workshops, Legacy through Mentoring (LTM), LTL Toastmasters Club and the LTL Black, Green & Global Conference. In addition, LTL has hosted “Power Networking Lunches” sponsored by Citi and Nestle Waters, where students were able to learn about career opportunities, network with company executives and submit resumes in an intimate setting. The Legacy through Mentoring program is specifically offered to each BAA Scholar, as part of their BAA Scholarship Award.
